Book of the Month needed a redesign for a new tote which would be given to their loyalty members (also known as BFFs). You become a BFF after you have read 12 books and once you do, you start receiving perks like this tote and free books.
The approach for this design was creating a tote that would interact with our product— as well as a good oportunnity to show off our books.
The results of this design has been a greater customer loyalty as well as UGC generated content by our members on Instagram.
